Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hot Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced from scratch kitchen environment and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver outstanding dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality seafood dishes, including oysters, according to menu specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and high-quality food output.
Assist in menu development and suggest improvements to existing dishes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a from scratch kitchen.
Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
