We’re seeking a talented and hard-working Hot Station Line Cook with a passion for culinary excellence to join our Coral Gables team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong knife skills and experience in sautéing, frying, and broiling who are eager to grow within a dynamic restaurant environment.
Key Requirements:
Weekend availability is mandatory (Full-time or part-time positions available).
Culinary school training or prior experience as a prep/line cook is preferred.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of restaurant best practices.
Physical endurance to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
Valid food handler's license.
Your Role:
As a prep/line cook, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork. Duties include:
Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
Preparing sauces, marinades, garnishes, and other essentials.
Cooking dishes to order while considering dietary preferences and allergies.
Managing inventory and inspecting ingredients for quality.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen that complies with health and safety standards.

Physical Demands:
