Position: Full-Time/PartTime Positions - Front Desk Agent 3-11pm - 11pm- 7am shifts available including weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Welcome and Engagement:
Greet all guests in a professional and courteous manner upon their arrival.
Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reflecting the high standards of our establishment.
Reservation Management:
Handle online and phone reservations with precision and attention to detail.
Manage email correspondence and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
Multitasking and Efficiency:
Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a high level of efficiency in addressing guest needs and inquiries.
Check-In and Check-Out Procedures:
Perform seamless check-ins and check-outs, adhering to established protocols.
Assign rooms efficiently, considering guest preferences and special requests.
Guest Relations:
Conduct guest follow-ups, maintaining detailed notes for future reference.
Address guest complaints and matters promptly, liaising with the appropriate departments to ensure resolution.
Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standards.
Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Flexibility and Availability:
Work a Full-Time schedule, including weekends (3pm-11pm), with the flexibility to pick up alternative shifts as needed.
Demonstrate a willingness to take on extra shifts to meet business demands.
Qualifications:
Prior hotel experience is mandatory.
Bilingual proficiency is required.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
