Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve gelato, sorbetto, and other desserts with precision and care
-Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting flavors and toppings
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and equipment
-Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
-Prepare and serve coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency
-Assist with event setups, serving gelato and coffee to attendees
Requirements:
Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional events
