Compensation: Starting at $77000 per year

Theo’s Seafood, Pasta and More is a welcoming fast casual dining and takeaway spot, proudly serving fresh seafood, hearty pasta dishes, and much more. At Theo’s, it is never just about the food. We are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join our growing family. The ideal candidate will take the reins of our kitchen with confidence, ensure smooth and efficient service, and maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect and love.

Your Role:

Lead daily kitchen operations ensuring the smooth running of service and strong teamwork

Maintain top quality in food presentation, taste and consistency

Train, schedule and support kitchen staff for peak performance

Monitor stock levels, reduce waste and manage supplier ordering with care and precision

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

ServSafe Manager Certification required

Must be able to speak and understand English

Basic computer knowledge for inventory, scheduling and reporting

Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of seafood and pasta preparation is a plus

Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and solve problems under pressure

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Compensation and Growth Path:

$1000 per week for the first 30 days

$1250 per week after 60 days

$1500 per week after 90 days

Annual salary equivalent $77000
