About Us: We are a small but well-organized kitchen focused on food production, catering, and small services. We take pride in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable work environment while striving to improve our workflow and expand our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general kitchen tasks, including cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing food supplies. Lift weight
Support food preparation and production processes.
Participate in hosting and serving during catered dinners or small events.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Adapt to schedule changes and collaborate with the team to meet evolving needs.
Work Schedule:
Shift Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Days: Sunday to Thursday (schedule may change or adapt as needed).
Requirements:
Language Skills: Conversational English is required to facilitate effective communication in our bilingual (Spanish/English) team.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain open communication with the team and management.
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to the challenges of the industry.
Commitment to teamwork and accountability for your tasks.
Open to learning from mistakes and providing/receiving constructive feedback.
