Blue Collar, Miami's home for contemporary global comfort food is looking for a line cook. This is a full time position at a great restaurant with a great team. We offer a predictable schedule, paid time off, health insurance, major holidays off ( thanksgiving, xmas), and bonuses. We would like someone with at least 2 years experience working a busy saute station that understands cleanliness, speed, prep, and has a sense of urgency. Please understand this is a busy fast paced restaurant and you will be required to help prep your station. The right person could be bumped up to a couple dollars more a hour within a month
