Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook gluten-free dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with creativity and flair.
Ensure all food is prepared according to our high standards of quality and safety.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow during busy service times.
Assist in menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and new dish ideas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Stay updated on cooking techniques and trends to enhance our offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for cooking.
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm!
Knowledge of gluten-free ingredients and cooking methods is a plus!
A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within our café family!
