Seeking a full time line cook / prep cook ready to start working. We are a poke bowl/sushi concept inside an open kitchen food hall.
Job Description:
Set up and stock station to proper amounts to be able to execute all dishes for that day.
Have skills and knowledge to perform all station prep items
Ability to ensure quality and consistency of all station food items.
Work cleanly and efficiently thru the entire shift.
Turn out dishes to quality standards of taste and presentation in a timely manner.
Cover, date and correctly store all food items as per safe food-handling procedures.
Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
Display knowledge and follow all procedures in sanitation and proper food handling
Job Requirements:
1 year minimum kitchen experience
Highly motivated and energetic
Maintain professional appearance
Willing to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
