Skills / Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Line/Prep Cook working in a well-rated restaurant
Ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively
Experience grilling and sautéing of Prime cuts of steak, shellfish and seafood.
Great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
Culinary degree is a plus
Work varied shifts, including weekend and holidays, flexible and can work with a schedule change
