Job Description:
As the Location Leader for our Weston food truck, you will be the heart and soul of the operation. You will manage everything from daily operations to customer interactions, with the goal of stabilizing sales and ensuring a top-notch experience for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on the challenge of running a food truck independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the truck, ensuring all equipment is in perfect working order.
-Prepare and serve our signature churros and other delicious offerings.
-Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
-Manage inventory and place orders as needed to keep the truck stocked.
-Promote daily specials and upsell products to maximize sales.
-Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic to the truck.
Qualifications:
-Experience in food service or food truck operations is a plus.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
-Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred.
