The Counter and Service Food Runner is a dual-role front-of-house team member responsible for creating a smooth guest experience by taking orders at the counter and delivering food to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Making customizable Milkshakes, Serve Beer Wine & bottled Beverages. This position ensures accurate communication between the kitchen and dining area, while maintaining the cleanliness, flow, and energy of the restaurant environment.
As a BOH team member, you’ll be responsible for preparing & cooking high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards. You’ll work alongside a supportive kitchen team to ensure every LRHC reflects our commitment to excellence and authenticity.
As a Dishwasher, you'll need to be dependable & detail-oriented to join our culinary team. This vital back-of-house role ensures all kitchenware, utensils, cookware, and service equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for service—helping us deliver an exceptional dining experience every time.
Line Cook/Prep:
Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation
Follow recipes and portion guidelines for all dishes
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperatures and quality standards
Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and proper food storage
Communicate effectively with team members
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold kitchen standards
Counter Service/Food Running Duties:
Greet guests warmly and answer guest questions.
Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions clearly to the kitchen.
Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
Deliver completed orders to guests in the dining area quickly and accurately.
Confirm guest satisfaction and assist with any additional needs (extra utensils, condiments, etc.).
Ensure food presentation and temperature meet restaurant standards.
Assist with table bussing, clearing trays, and maintaining overall dining area cleanliness.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and counter teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Making customizable Milkshakes, Serve Beer Wine & bottled Beverages.
Qualifications-Role Dependent:
2+ years of experience in a fast casual or full-service kitchen or similar role
Familiarity with BOH or FOH procedures
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, dependable, and a team player
Knowledge of food safety practices (ServSafe certification a plus)
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Starting Pay: $16.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
