Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Oversee daily operations, managing a team of chefs, kitchen staff, servers, and hosts to ensure seamless service.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring adherence to kosher dietary laws and standards.
Operational Excellence: Monitor inventory, supplies, and food preparation to maintain high-quality standards.
Staff Development: Recruit, train, and schedule staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, labor costs, and sales targets, driving profitability and efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with kosher certification, health regulations, and safety protocols.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
