Experience/Qualities:
· Background in Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality or any exposure to Point of Sale Systems
· Payment Industry is a plus (Call Center or Technical)
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Duties: The POS Programmer creates the file-builds and menus for all POS Systems.
-POS Programmers are responsible for all software and menu setup in newly provisioned POS systems.
-Schedule and conduct Software Demos with Merchants and/or Sales Agent Offices
-Contact and communicate with merchants to obtain all menu item confirmations as well as all sub-menu and modifiers.
-Test all POS Systems prior to deployment to ensure that all requirements for the merchant are met.
-QC (Quality Control) of other Programmers work to ensure the highest standards.
-Pack, ship and provide tracking information on deployed systems.
-Provide advanced support to merchants enrolled in LynxPOS SaaS Program
-Provide advanced support to Agents when requested.

Report to shifts as scheduled.
Maintain a pleasant and professional tone with all agents.
Represent LynxPOS and Merchant Lynx Services with excellence.
