Mignonette, Miami’s premier oyster bar is looking for a raw bar cook. The position requires the ability to shuck oysters quickly and cleanly as well as make a couple salads and vinaigrettes. Applicant should have at least 1 year experience working a cold line that includes opening oysters. The station will require lots of oyster shucking, raw bar presentations, a couple salads, and plating desserts. Its a fun station and you will be working with great people. Its also a very nice schedule, 4-5 days a week tuesday-saturday 3-1030/11.
