Availability: Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical: Able to move around all areas of the restaurant.
Tech Skills: POS system knowledge.
Customer Focus: Friendly, punctual, detail-oriented, and service-driven.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Professionalism: Shows enthusiasm for the role and strives for growth.
Compliance: Follows local laws and safety guidelines.
Server Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Communication: Work with runners, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors for smooth service.
Guest Interaction: Warmly greet and thank guests upon arrival and departure.
Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables, manage soiled dishes and trash.
Prep Work: Set up and complete side work, like stocking condiments and supplies.
Health & Safety: Follow safety and sanitation standards.
Guest Service: Refill water, serve drinks and food, and respond to guest requests and feedback professionally.
Ticket Accuracy: Ensure food and drinks are delivered to the correct tables.
Menu Knowledge: Understand the menu, beverage options, and any allergy details.
Order Management: Use POS for orders and payments; upsell thoughtfully.
Cleanliness: Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the dining and restroom areas.
Compliance: Follow all laws for alcohol service and Flora Plant Kitchen standards.
