Main Duties:
⢠Minimum of 1 year food and beverage experience in a high quality, Professional dedicated environment.
⢠A sound understanding of fine and casual dining.
⢠Experience at ordering and delivery of all F&B product.
⢠Experience in preparing and execution of service and dining.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
⢠Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
⢠Must possess basic computational ability.
⢠Must have a working knowledge of types of restaurant set-ups, capacities, etc.
⢠Must have good interpersonal and guest interaction skills.
⢠Must have good organizational skills.
⢠Must have knowledge of food.
⢠Must have knowledge of wine and related beverages. Responsible for maintaining a comfortable atmosphere, high level of service To assist with all aspects of service during the shift and in preparation of it, to ensure the highest standards of quality in food and drink are served.
