Uptown Keese’s is seeking friendly, energetic, and professional servers to join our team. As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, great communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes
- Take orders and ensure accuracy of food and beverage delivery
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues quickly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments and complete transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is a plus and required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
