Assistant Kitchen Manager/Lead Cook for Small Private Club in WPB
Duties include but are not limited to opening/closing, prep, efficiently prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring cleaning is done regularly. Experience in ordering and inventory a plus. Applicants need to be able to work independently as well as with others.
Applicable experience required.
Typical hours of operation: 3 to 10pm Wednesday through Sunday.
FT/PT pay range $20 - $30hr depending on experience and abilities.
