Role Overview
Our cocktail servers are the face of the guest experience. You’ll guide guests through our cocktails, bites, and lounge offerings while keeping the atmosphere upbeat and the service smooth. This role combines hospitality with a fast-paced lounge vibe.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and deliver friendly, attentive service
- Take drink and food orders with accuracy and speed
- Understand our menu and help guests choose what they’ll love
- Run drinks and plates efficiently across the lounge and simulator bays
- Maintain clean tables, bays, and service stations
- Work closely with bartenders, runners, and the front desk to keep the flow moving
- Handle payments through Square and follow all cash handling procedures
- Uphold service standards and ensure guests have a great experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or lounge experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Positive, friendly energy and a team mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
