Responsibilities:
- Strong communication with chefs
- Point of contact with customers
- Organizing and planning orders for private events
- Maintain inventory
- Weekly feedback meetings with clients
- Communication daily with logistics
- Quality control
- Managing special menus
- Mandatory 4:30 am to close, Wednesday through Sunday
- Being available remotely when needed
- Communicating with management to stay within budget
