OBGYN Specialists of South Miami is looking for full time appointment scheduler for our busy practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a medical setting (OBGYN experience ideal). Candidate will have a pleasant demeanor and should be able to work with others and have reliable transportation, bilingual required. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:45 - 5:00, Friday 8:45 - 12:30. (34-36 Hours a week) Duties include:
a) Scheduling appointments/answering phones
b) Taking Messages for Providers
c) Confirming Appointments
d) Work closely with others
e) Any other duties as assigned
