We are looking for a woman to take care of a 25-year-old girl, who has a physical disability and is in a wheelchair with limited mobility. In turn, despite having full use of intelligence, she has difficulty communicating.
This job is in the East Fort Lauderdale area.
If you wish to apply for this position, you must be in good physical condition and able to lift the patient's weight as she cannot assist with her movements. You must also have the virtues of patience, understanding, gentleness and empathy, to be able to understand the patient's physical condition and perform this job correctly.
If you are interested, these are the tasks to be done:
Move her from the bed to her wheelchair.
Move her from the wheelchair to the bathroom.
Bathe her.
Feed her
Help her drink, which cannot be neglected when she is eating or drinking liquids.
Give her her medicine.
Help her with her daily stretching and exercising in her bed
Supervise her during respiratory therapies.
Wash the patient's clothes.
Clean the patient's bathroom.
Change the patient's sheets and towels.
Accompany her during the day.
Prepare her meals
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, between 3 to 4 hours a day that can be flexible.
Languages: English, Spanish and French
