Turning Point Mental Health Center is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Certified Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor (CBHCM-S) to oversee our Targeted Case Management program. This role combines leadership responsibilities with a small caseload.
Key Duties:
Supervise and support case managers
Ensure Medicaid compliance and quality assurance
Carry a small client caseload
Assist in program growth and staff development
Requirements:
CBHCM-S certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
2+ years TCM experience; 1+ year supervisory preferred
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
