Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Prepare examination and surgical rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up equipment
- Provide high-quality patient care and support, ensuring comfort during treatments
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Maintain patient records, documenting procedures and treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and updating records
Requirements:
- For Experienced Candidates:
- Proven experience as a dental assistant (certification preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- For Entry-Level Candidates:
- Willingness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under supervision
- Certification in dental assisting or willingness to obtain one is a plus
