About the Practice
Our private dental practice has been proudly serving the Boca Raton area for years, providing quality care in a welcoming environment. We are privately owned (not corporate), and every team member plays an important role in our success.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and care
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments to meet office goals
Verify insurance coverage and collect payments accurately
Calculate treatment estimates and handle patient billing inquiries
Make collection and reminder calls when needed
Support patient communication by phone and in person, ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications
6–12 months of dental office experience required
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of PPO insurance and Dentrix preferred
Basic math proficiency required
Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and a true team player
Authorized to work legally in the United States
