Miami Beach Smiles is proudly looking for a Treatment coordinator, full time, with positive attitude to join our team. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a dental office by coordinating and presenting patient treatment plans.
Duties
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments
- Utilize Dentrix, to fabricate and present treatment plans, in harmony with Patient's Dental PPO Plans.
- Conduct phone calls with patients while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Review and update patient documentation for accuracy
- Assist with dental billing
- Proficiency in Dentrix software is preferred
- Spanish/English recommended
-2 year dental office treatment planning REQUIRED
-Strong attention to detail and documentation review REQUIRED
Must be Legal to work in the USA.
