Taking inbound calls and assessing client needs, providing appropriate health insurance solutions.
Providing accurate and timely information to customers.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to understand whether customers are satisfied with the service

MUST have a FL 215-Life and Health or 240-Health Insurance License.
