Job Summary
We are Agility Health Insurance. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by assisting them with their insurance needs. This role involves selling various insurance products, administering benefits, and ensuring that clients understand their coverage options. A successful Insurance Agent will possess strong communication skills and the ability to market insurance products effectively. We deal with exclusive inbound calls to make sure you are only speaking to people ready to purchase Health Insurance all day long!
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Provide guidance on various insurance products, including health, life, auto, and property insurance.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to recommend appropriate coverage options.
Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes.
Engage in sales activities, including telemarketing and retail sales strategies to attract new customers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
We also sell ACA Plans If Necessary
Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong skills in benefits administration and sales administration.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to market products effectively and engage potential clients through various channels.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
