Title: Overnight Caregiver/CNA Needed – Compassionate and Reliable Care
Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Overnight Caregiver/CNA to provide in-home care for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in others' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, including wheelchair transfers, walker support, and bed positioning.
- Monitor clients overnight to ensure safety and address any needs that arise.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Prepare light snacks or assist with hydration as needed.
- Provide medication reminders and follow care plans accurately.
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification preferred but not required for the caregiver role.
- Previous caregiving experience, especially with overnight shifts.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check.
Schedule:
- Overnight shifts (typically 8-12 hours, depending on the client’s needs). Flexibility is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay, based on experience and certifications.
Location:
- Various locations in Palm Beach County, including private homes and assisted living facilities.
