ARK Provision Enterprises, Inc. is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis Services in South Florida. We specialize in working with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. We are currently looking for Bilingual (English - Spanish) Behavior Analyst BCBA, to join our team in the Miami Dade area, ( Hialeah, Miami Lakes, Miami Gardens. Hialeah Gardens, Opalocka. Aventura, North Miami Beach, Pembroke, ). Analysts will be responsible working with Children and Adolescents on the Autism Spectrum providing in-home ABA services. Analysts will be responsible for training caregivers on how to run the behavior support plans, monitor progress of the behavior support plan, train and provide oversight to Behavior Assistants and RBT's. Requirements: Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)! All candidates must: Pass a local and level 2 background check Complete a series of pre-hire documents and requirements as required by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (i.e. CPR training, complete an affidavit of good moral character, etc.)

Analyst must:

Have Provider number.

.Pay: Lead Analyst: $60 – $70 P/H (based on Experience)

Qualifications:

· Experienced BCBA’s MUST possess valid BCBA credential number on the BACB website

· At least 2 year of experience working with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors.

· Reliable transportation

· Must pass a background check consistent with our company standards

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including bending and reaching

Responsibilities:

· Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in-home, community, or clinic setting

· Provides/assists with daily program activities in the areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor skills and crisis intervention

· Adhere to company ethical guidelines and Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

· Record data and create progress notes during ABA sessions

· Help clients obtain new skills and goals gearing towards communication, social interaction, problem solving, and daily living skills

· Calmly respond to unexpected behaviors independently and appropriately

· Participate in meetings with the BCBA, as part of the supervision or training session with other team members, as needed

· Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

· Maintain client confidentiality and privacy polity under HIPPA compliance

· Attend training required to maintain and acquire technical knowledge
