Solve Home Care Palm Beach County, Fla USA is a licensed private duty Non Medical Home Care, serving the Palm Beach County.
We are looking for experienced Sales Managers/ Business Developers to help us accelerate our fast paced growth, particularly in the Home Care Space. Our objective is to provide a Concierge experience for our clients by referring to them the best possible caregivers, coordinating their care and supporting their desire to remain at home.
As our Sales Manager you will be the main liaison between our company, our community (mostly elderly) and our referral sources.
You will market our services to Care Managers, Physicians, Hospitals, Physical Therapy offices, Nurses, Rehabs, Community Centers, Nursing Homes, 55 and up Communities and Consumers. The ideal candidate will have Passion for Home Care as well as a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with key referral sources with a strong sales background.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong Sales skills
Relationship Building
Access to networks
4 years of college preferred
Ability to educate referral sources and potential clients
Develop relationships with Home Health referral sources in the form of Doctors, Senior living communities etc.
Expand Network of referral sources throughout the Palm Beach County Office visits, marketing events, sponsorship/charity work and relationship building.
Produce significant and ongoing numbers of referrals in the Palm Beach area with the goal of growing the Patient Census in Palm Beach County.
Marketer /Sales Representative; be a proven producer with a significant track record of bringing in substantial numbers of referrals on a long term basis.
Must be well connected in the Home Health Industry with Physicians, Senior living communities etc.
Love and Compassion for Elderly Clients.
Must have a car with current insurance coverage, valid Driver's license , Level 2 background check screening.
Be aggressive and tireless in pursuing new prospects and willing to take on the responsibility of driving growth and leading others in time.
Sense of Urgency and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent Oral and written communication skill.
Working Condition:
Position requires travel around the Palm Beach County area and REQUIRES Strong Customer Service.
