Calma Mental Health Center, LLC is seeking licensed clinicians to join a forming group practice and help expand services to Veterans and underserved communities through both the VA Community Care Network (CCN) and Optum. At present, we are credentialed with the VA CCN as an individual provider. We are now in the process of expanding into a group practice model, and this announcement is to recruit the first set of clinicians who will form the foundation of that group.
Positions Available:
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
· Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
· Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
· Licensed Physicians (MD/DO – Psychiatry)
Requirements:
· Must hold active Florida licensure
· Must be in-network with Optum (required for VA CCN eligibility; credentialing may take at least 3 months)
· Virtual and in person appointments
· Strong clinical and documentation skills
· Able to work with underserved populations
· Commitment to serving Veterans and their families
· Bilingual a plus, but not required
Clinical Services of Interest (not required but a plus):
· Evidence-based therapy (CBT, EMDR, trauma-focused care, etc.)
· Medication management (psychiatric services)
· Neurofeedback and biofeedback
· Other specialized mental health services
Details:
· Independent contractor role (not an employee position)
· Part-time (ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental caseloads)
· Compensation: 65% of contractual insurance rates
· Flexible scheduling
· Calma supplies ALL referrals (no need to market or recruit clients)
· Optum/Universal Healthcare and VA client base
· Large and steadily growing client base
