Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced medspa treatments, including body contouring and microneedling, and must be fluent in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced medspa treatments, including:
Body contouring (e.g., non-invasive fat reduction, skin tightening).
Microneedling and Morpheus8 treatments for skin rejuvenation.
Chemical peels, facials, and microdermabrasion.
Provide consultations and create personalized treatment plans based on clients' aesthetic needs.
Educate clients on skincare routines, medspa treatments, and product recommendations in both English and Spanish.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
Valid Esthetician license in the state of Florida.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
Experience with advanced medspa services, including body contouring and microneedling.
Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and non-invasive procedures.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Sales experience is a plus.
