Medical office in search of hard-working, honest and dependable person to join our team working directly with patients and their families. This job is detailed oriented, requires organizational skills and multitasking, bilingual preferred. (Full time Monday-Friday 9am-6pm) Every other Saturdays with a week day off when work Saturdays.
Daily duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, working with insurance companies requesting eligibility and authorizations, filing, and data input. We are willing to train the right person.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Requires good customer service and communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Proficient computer skills
Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
A team player who handles multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Medical Knowledge required
