Female Medical Assistant is needed for a fast paced, infertility clinic in Coral Gables.
Candidate must be certified and willing to work flexible hours.
We are looking for someone that can multi-task effectively, is organized with excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
Experience working as a OB-GYN or Infertility Medical Assistant is preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Some of the responsibilities include:
Taking patient's vitals
Drawing blood
Preparing and scheduling sample pickups
Preparing exam rooms
Assisting physicians during office procedures
Provide initial evaluation checklist to all new patients and follow up to make sure all tests are performed
Scheduling appointments and or procedures
Requesting prior authorizations
Equipment sterilization
