Responsibility of a Field Collection Tech are as Follows
1. Responsible for following up with our patients in assigned territory route and ensure successful completion of Test Swab
2. Assisting patient with oral Swab Procedure ensuring successful completion of specimen
3. Collecting required Documentation and remaining information in requisition compliant with HIPAA
4. Maintain a professional appearance and pristine care while working with Patient
5. Collection of all swabs daily ensuring handled correctly, Ensure Correct patient information specified in specimen , complete all fragile packing and drop off at assigned location
6. Distribute all educational material to patient
7. Complete all nightly reports accurately and promptly to management
8. Participate in our "white glove" treatment program ensuring the highest level of care is provided to senior patient
9. Assisting with training and mentoring for potential new hires.
MUST PASS A BACKGROUND , DRUG SCREEN , VALID TRANSPORTATION AN LICENSE
