An Excellent Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, PA, NP, ARNP needed for a Family & Geriatric Medicine Practice!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate team player, with great bedside manners and multitasking abilities, to join a growing office specializing in Family & Geriatric Medicine. You will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare services to patients in a primary care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider looking to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Creole know-how is REQUIRED.

Our patient base includes strictly no OB or Peds.

We are an office based practice with NO Hospital or SNF/ALF or weekends coverage needed & close early on Fridays!

The practice is flexible, family oriented and understands that each employee has individual needs; Off course, we expect work ethics, initiatives and smiles in return!

Salary is negotiable and, though it is a part time position, it does include malpractice, healthcare reimbursement & bonus package.

Job Type: Part-time (May become Full-time eventually, but only if you want to work full-time).

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per year

Experience:

1-2 years (Preferred)

Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Perform diagnostic evaluations, and collaborate with MD as needed, to develop treatment plans

- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques

- Assist with coordinating referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as needed

- Document patient information accurately and efficiently using electronic medical record systems (like eMedical Practice)

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for patients

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
