Now Hiring: Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Home Care
Boca Raton, FL | Part-Time (for now)
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Nursing Supervisor. This is a key clinical leadership role overseeing caregiver staff, ensuring quality of care, and supporting wellness-focused home care services.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and schedule the daily workload of staff and contractors, ensuring optimal use of agency resources
Provide day-to-day supervision of caregiver employees to uphold service quality and maintain professional standards
Ensure all client records are accurate, complete, and compliant with documentation requirements
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new professional staff, promoting familiarity with agency policies and best practices
Conduct home visits as needed to assess client conditions and oversee care delivery
Develop individualized Plans of Care after assessing clients and consulting with families or responsible parties
Champion a wellness-focused, high-quality care model tailored to each client’s unique needs
Lead staff training and ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures
Embrace a mission-driven mindset and demonstrate the commitment and flexibility needed to thrive in a fast-paced care environment
Perform additional duties as requested by the Administrator
Qualifications:
Active Florida RN license
Experience in Home Care Services
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Passion for dignity, respect & whole-person care
Strong, verifiable references
A positive attitude & true team player
