The Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations, assisting with staffing processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining effective communication with staff and physician offices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with staffing coordination, including scheduling and follow-up.
Complete and maintain accurate data entry in company systems.
Follow up with physician offices to ensure timely communication and documentation.
Support the on-boarding process for new staff, including follow-up on required documents.
Provide general administrative support to the office team.
Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Prior office or administrative assistant experience preferred (healthcare background a plus).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
