Responsibilities include:
-Attending Clients
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Filing and organizing documents
- Data entry and managing emails (both incoming and outgoing)
- Setting up appointments and scheduling
- Copying and performing other administrative tasks as needed
to handle multiple phone lines
