Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage healthcare operations, ensuring high-quality care to patients.
·Generate comprehensive reports and perform in-depth data analysis.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services and optimize patient outcomes.
· Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
· Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
· Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
Requirements and Skills:
· Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Advanced Excel skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
· Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
· Proficient in data analysis and utilization of technology for healthcare management.
· Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
