Job description
We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to provide treatments in outpatient care settings. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or pain. This position requires a strong understanding of human anatomy and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans. The Physical therapist must be able to work independently, as well as, in a team and be able to make appropriate clinical decisions involving patient care and proper PT documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to address their physical impairments or pain
Administer manual therapy, exercise, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility and strength
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Document patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
Qualifications:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Orthopedic experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of human anatomy and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Dedication to providing exceptional quality of care to each of your patients
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Basic Life Support Certification.
