About the Role:
Seeking a dedicated male Private Assistant for a dynamic individual living with muscular dystrophy. This full-time, live-in position involves personal care, household management, and accompanying the client to various events.
Will have own apartment
Requirements:
Fluent in English and either Tagalog or Spanish. (You must be able to speak and understand English and be able to speak/understand EITHER Tagalog or Spanish)
Comfortable with travel, including international trips and flying.
Holds a valid driver's license.
Proficient in computer use.
Experience in caregiving is a plus.
Comfortable with overnight shifts and working on US holidays.
Must be comfortable with dogs.
Physically fit and able to lift deadweight daily.
Non-smoker and abstains from alcohol and drugs.
Vaccinated against coronavirus or willing to be vaccinated.
Willing to relocate to Florida and commit to a minimum of three years.
Willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement.
