We are seeking a skilled and reliable A/C Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across our residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair A/C units and related equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance.
Install new air conditioning systems, components, and ductwork according to specifications and safety standards.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
Test and calibrate thermostats, controls, and system functions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system performance.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and service calls.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Communicate clearly with tenants, management, and team members regarding service updates and recommendations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an A/C technician.
Valid HVAC certification or EPA license required.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and kneeling.
