Account Manager

We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated and people-oriented Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our current clients and expanding our business by bringing in new properties.

As an Account Manager, you will visit existing client sites to ensure satisfaction, identify and respond to their needs, and maintain long-term partnerships. You will also prospect and visit new properties to present our services and grow our client base.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with existing client accounts

Conduct regular site visits to ensure client satisfaction and service quality

Prospect and visit potential new properties to present company services

Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions

Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company

Report on client feedback, account status, and business opportunities

Meet goals related to client retention and new business acquisition

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or account management

Previous experience in construction, property management, or a related field is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Must have a reliable personal vehicle

Valid driver’s license required

Speaking Portuguese or Spanish is highly valued

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 (based on experience)

Bonus: Earn a bonus for each new property you bring to the company

Car Package: Weekly allowance provided to cover car use, gas, and tolls
