We are a busy bait processing facility located in Fort Lauderdale, and we're looking to add 6-8 motivated, hardworking individuals to add to our team. This is a fast paced environment where attention to detail, reliability, and speed are essential. We work as an assembly line, so speed is key.
Responsibilities include:
-Processing, cleaning, and packing bait (Primarily Ballyhoo, Shrimp, Mullet, Pilchards, and Chum)
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily production goals
-Following all safety and quality standards
Requirements:
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Dependable and punctual
-Strong work ethic- must be able to work hard and stay focused
-Previous experience in seafood, bait, or food processing in a plus, but not required (we will train the right people)
-Must work FAST
Drug free work place
-Must speak English
Location: Fort Lauderdale
-Schedule: Part time and Full time available (hours vary with demand)
