Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. As an Automotive Mechanic at Mr Car, you will perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles in our inventory.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and other components.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex problems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
ASE certification or equivalent preferred (but not required).
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sundays: Off
Compensation:
Weekly Payment: $800
