I need a cleaning lady that lives NEARBY me in downtown Miami. It is for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I will only need cleaning for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom which I am willing to pay $60 for, it is a very easy clean that takes less than 2 hours and I supply the cleaning equipments. The room/bathroom is very simple/empty and easy to clean. I will need this every time I have guests which is about 4-6X a month.
Once a month regularly (sometimes more than that) I will need a full apartment cleaning in which I will pay $130 for. Again a very easy clean.
