Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage mid-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing similar projects and will be proficient in the software tools necessary for effective project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction progress and report on any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in mid rise construction.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
